This demonstration site is a cooperative venture of the Victorian Catchment Management Authorities' (CMAs) and the Department of Sustainability and Environment.

The North Central CMA obtained funding for its development from the Commonwealth of Australia's Natural Heritage Trust and  National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality.

During April 2008, members of the project team toured Victoria to introduce the project to regional stakeholders.  A follow up tour in late winter will be seeking information from regional experts. or read more about the project's beginnings  here
